FlatPanel Audio Manufacturer's Warranty

At FlatPanel Audio,  we are interested in a long and continuous relationship with you, our customer—where FlatPanel Audio is considered your strategic partner.  We believe that our products are some of the best in the industry, and we stand behind them. Because of this, our warranty is very simple: we'll honor a 5-year warranty on our loudspeakers (except all weather), subwoofers and accessories (6 years if the original purchase invoice included an LEA amplifier.) NOTE: Weatherized DML500 is 4 years.)

Regardless of warranty determination, our goal is to have a replacement product delivered to you as soon as we can. Warranty determination will be a “good faith” effort between FlatPanel Audio and you. Together we will determine what is needed and the required speed of delivery. FlatPanel Audio will initially cover transportation costs to you, and together we will determine if a return of the defective product is necessary. For non-warranty repair or replacement, financial arrangements for product and shipping will be addressed once your customer is back in operation. NOTE: For items not manufactured by FlatPanel Audio or not sold under the FlatPanel Audio name (such as mixing consoles and LEA amplifiers) the manufacturer's warranty will apply and warranty claims are to be filed with that manufacturer.
